Makati, Philippines – As part of its thrust to provide opportunities for the
professional advancement of its employees, Philippine
Prudential Life Insurance Company, Inc. (Philippine Prudential), an industry
leader in innovation and growth, recently launched its Leaders-In-Training Program (LIT) at the Executive Lounge of the
BDO Equitable Tower in Makati City.
LIT is a program initiated by the
Company’s People Management and
Development Department that
takes on a holistic and comprehensive approach to leadership training. It tackles diverse courses from Customer
Service, Communication and even effective Time Management.
The
launch, which also served as the Pinning Ceremony of the participants, was
attended by Philippine Prudential Senior
Officers and Executives led by President and CEO Gregorio D. Mercado.
